Clubhouse Reservations

The clubhouse is available for Resident's use.

For clubhouse reservations contact
the Steeplechase Property Manager at 256-964-3232, Extension 1 for availability.

Note that Clubhouse use does NOT include the use of the pool

Security Deposit

• Resident Homeowners must provide a $100 security deposit
• Renters must provide a $500 CASH security deposit (checks are not accepted)
• The security deposit is refunded if the clubhouse is left in good condition after activities
