.Annual dues are $550 for 2024
​Dues increase for 2025 to $650 per year
  • $650 is due February 1 of each year
  • Dues cover 1/1 - 12/31 of each year

​Checks and envelopes placed in the HOA mailbox and not mailed are subject to removal by the US Post Office

Late Fees

A $25 late fee will be assessed to all dues payments received more than 30 days late.​

Payments not received will be turned over to a law firm for collection.  All associated legal and collection fees will be the responsibility of the home owner.
