Annual Dues

Annual dues are $650 per year
  • $650 is due in January of each year
  • Dues cover 1/1 - 12/31 of each year​

Cash or check payments will also be accepted in person at the annual meeting.

Late Fees

A $25 late fee will be assessed to all accounts not paid by February 1st.​ This is a reoccurring fee that will be assessed the 1st of each month until full payment is received.

Payments not received will be turned over to a law firm for collection.  All associated legal and collection fees will be the responsibility of the home owner.

​Checks and envelopes placed in the HOA mailbox and not mailed are subject to removal by the US Post Office

​Yard Upkeep and Maintenance Violation Fees

Each property must maintain building maintenance and a neat and orderly lawn presence. Failure to do so may result in additional fines.
