Annual Dues

Annual dues are $650 per year
  • $650 is due February 1 of each year
  • Dues cover 1/1 - 12/31 of each year​

​Checks and envelopes placed in the HOA mailbox and not mailed are subject to removal by the US Post Office

Late Fees

A $25 late fee will be assessed to all dues payments received more than 30 days late.​ This is a reoccurring fee every 30 days until full payment is received.

Payments not received will be turned over to a law firm for collection.  All associated legal and collection fees will be the responsibility of the home owner.

​Yard Upkeep and Maintenance Violation Fees

Each property must maintain building maintenance and a neat and orderly lawn presence. Failure to do so may result in additional fines.
